How long does setup take?
Seven days end-to-end. Day 1: kickoff call + we get your maintenance inbox connected. Day 2-3: we import your vendor list and tune the AI's classification rules to your portfolio. Day 4-5: shadow mode (AI processes tickets but doesn't send to tenants — you review). Day 6-7: live cutover.
What if we already use AppFolio, Buildium, or Property Meld?
DoorFlow runs alongside your existing PM software, not in place of it. We sit on top of your maintenance email inbox and write back into your CRM/sheet. Most clients see us as the "smart triage layer" their PMS doesn't have.
Do tenants know they're talking to an AI?
The auto-acknowledgment is signed by your property management company, not by "an AI." Tenants get a fast, professional reply with a work order number. The tone is yours — we tune it to match your brand. If a tenant's situation needs a human, we route it to your coordinator immediately.
What happens when the AI gets it wrong?
Three guardrails. (1) Anything ambiguous is flagged for human review before it leaves the inbox. (2) The escalation dashboard surfaces every ticket where the AI is unsure. (3) You can override any AI action in one click. We track a confidence score on every classification and report it weekly.
Can we cancel anytime?

Is our tenant data secure?
Tenant data lives in your Google Workspace and your PMS — DoorFlow processes messages but doesn't store PII outside your tenant systems. We use OAuth for inbox access (revocable any time) and pay for OpenAI's enterprise data agreement so prompts aren't used for model training.
